Bonjour! I’m Pablo Comino, a 17-year-old from France born to Spanish parents. I spent my early life in France before moving to the US. As a result, I am fluent in 3 languages.

My two main interests are cybersecurity and music theory. I developed my love for the former from a young age. I remember attempting to reach unintended areas in a Mario game on my DS at age 6 following whatever tutorials I could get my tiny hands on. The same interest in getting in places I’m not supposed to led well into cybersecurity, where a system is presumed to be secure, but a way in is found anyway. While cybersecurity is my primary focus, I do enjoy other areas of tech as well including home automation, system administration, and homelabbing.

My other large interest is music theory. The enjoyment of music for me didn’t come naturally. It was only until after I started learning the viola that I gained an appreciation for it. Music theory is particularly interesting to me as it lets me understand the reasons behind our enjoyment of certain songs. It lets one tap into emotions and evoke a certain mood, something that can otherwise be difficult to do. Knowing what makes music sound good also lets you play it with greater dexterity and agility. I’ve been learning the viola since age 11 and have recently starting self-learning the piano.
